Job Description for MaxTech Industries Jobs 2021
- Key customer account manager based on territories assigned.
- Independently work with the customer to configure product and quotes for their requirements
- Liaise with production and management to best support customer requirements
- Carry out pre-sale and after-sales service visits to cement, chemical, power, metals, and incineration plants
- Understand product design and application fit
- Understand customers process in relation to bag filter performance
- Understand customers application and product fit competently enough to write articles, blogs, etc for online post on LinkedIn and website
- Provide sample approval support to customers (mainly cement and metals industry)
- Provide installation supervision support to customers
- Maintain written record of customer visits, data, and MOM
- Apply sound business judgment to act on the voice of the customer and to improve the overall customer experience
Role Description
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/ chemical engineering
- 0-2 years of Industrial services experience preferred
- Sales in industry preferred
- Willingness to travel 50 – 60%
- The position is based in Mumbai. (Location: Andheri E)
