– Support of Microsoft M365 platform
– Implementation and Migration to Microsoft 365
– Solution Design, Pricing and Demonstration of Microsoft 365 Services
Secondary:
– Support, Implementation and Migration of other cloud platforms – Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Primary:
– Expert on Microsoft 365
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Excellent Documentation Skills
– Well versed in customer interactions
– Quick and self-learner
– Passionate about technology and its use
– Embrace Challenges and a smart worker
– Team Player, sincere and responsible
Secondary:
– Knowledge of any other cloud platform – Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
– Knowledge of On premises technologies – Active Directory, DNS, Exchange Server, System
