Job Description
Skillset Requirements
- Candidate should possess 6 months to 2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills to co-ordinate with clients and technical teams for projects.
- Analytical thinking
- Problem solving ability
- Detail oriented
- Collaborative, Flexible, Team Player, amicable, proactive
- Excellent documentation skills
- Experience on any tools is an added advantage (Examples – Prototyping, diagramming, screen-capturing)
- Knowledge and experience in US Healthcare/IT or any international healthcare domain is also an added advantage.
Technical requirement:
- Good understanding of solid principles
- Hands on experience on design patterns
- Experience in developing either REST or SOAP web services
- 6 months to 2 years plus experience as Technical Writers/Business Analysts/ Development Analysts/Requirement Engineers
- Added advantage:
- Relevant experience in organizations with healthcare (IT or non-IT), medical, laboratories (general, blood-bank or genetics).
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and mapping them to intended use by collaborating with client-facing teams to document user needs and usage patterns
- Utilize subject matter expertise in functional (and non-functional) areas to bridge business requirements and IT solutions.
- Understand product design and underlying platforms/interfaces/interoperability and determine testing approaches, data, and configurations
- Using information gathered from different sources, prioritize and build a minimal set of reusable real-world scenarios that offer maximum workflow coverage
- Validate that the product meets its intended use.
- Diligent execution skills covering remote scenarios as per intended use/user needs.
- Determine gaps in solution, report bugs
- Exceptional comprehension skills, and ability to learn and contribute with minimal oversight – a self-starter.
