Job Description for Toppr Jobs 2021
Toppr is looking for a DevOps Developer in its Technology team. As a DevOps engineer, you’ll focus on automation and ensure that our systems are Highly Available (HA). You’ll be the owner of smooth product deployments, Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Delivery (CD). You’ll work closely with our development teams from the early stages of design, all the way through identifying and resolving production issues. So, if you want to fulfill the critical role of ensuring that our systems are healthy, monitored, automated, and designed to scale, then we’d love to talk to you!

How You’ll Ramp

- Dynamic: Should be comfortable in dealing with lots of moving pieces. Have exquisite attention to detail, and are comfortable learning new technologies and systems.
- Team player: Knack for influencing without being authoritative. Pitch in wherever the team needs help, from writing blog posts to supporting customers.
- Accountability: High sense of ownership for your code and relentlessness to deliver projects with high business impact.
Key Qualifications
- BE/BTech in Computer Science or related field.
- 1+ years of relevant network and software engineering experience.
Key Skills
- Experience with network monitoring technologies (e.g. SNMP, Netflow, Flow analysis, streaming telemetry, OpenConfig).
- Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid background in one or more programming languages, e.g. Go, Java, Python, and/or C/C++.
- Extensive experience with network design & operations in one or more areas, including datacenter, backbone, edge, and/or cloud networking.
- Experience with network configuration management automation technologies (e.g. Ansible). Familiarity with AWS services is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to write detailed design documents.
