AMD Off Campus Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on and solve technical issues faced by the verification team
- Work alongside architects and verification teams to create unit-level test plans
- Write and develop unit-level stimulus, testbench, and coverage
- Regression debug and coverage closure
AMD Off Campus Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
Preferred skill:
- Prior experience in IP design verification and hardware verification experience preferred
- Experience with embedded processors; ARM preferred
- Prior technical leadership experience, subject matter expert
- Proficient in verification C/C++ / Verilog / system Verilog (SV) / UVM/ portable stimulus (PSS)
- Strong Unix scripting and utilities (Shell, Perl, TCL, XML, Ruby, makefiles) for analysis and automation
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
- Outstanding interaction skills while communicating both written and verbally
- Ability to work with multi-level functional teams across global timezones
- Highly organized, able to prioritize and balance multiple work streams while working to meet and exceed goals.
