AstraZeneca Career 2024 Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of the supported technology/platform services.
- Your duties will include initial triaging and remediation of all P1, P2, P3, and P4 incidents, escalating incidents from events to CC/SD on outage incidents, updating
- Knowledgebase articles, managing the incident queue, and working on Incidents, Changes, Service & Problem Requests.
- You will also be involved in ITIL Process and provide 24/7 support.
AstraZeneca Off Campus 2024 Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent with 0-1 of Operational experience.
Preferred skill:
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts on a rotational basis covering Americas, EMEA and ASIAPAC regions 24*7.
- A self-starter with high levels of drive, energy, resilience and a desire for professional excellence.
- Quick learner.
- Basic knowledge on infrastructure.
- Ability to learn IAM technologies.
