Genesys Off Campus Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver tools to build NLP models for AI Platform Services
- Work on prototyping proof of concepts and data creation/manipulation for training.
- Understand ML frameworks (HuggingFace) and extend them for various NLP tasks for fine tuning models
- Hands on coding for various aspects of benchmarking for AI Platform Services.
- Collaborate with researchers, other engineers and continuously improve AI Platform Services.
- Collaborate with other development teams to ensure system performance (latency and accuracy), security, scalability, and availability.
Genesys Off Campus Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2+ years Industry experience with research and product development.
Preferred skill:
- Strong expertise in Python programming and solid understanding of OOPs and software engineering principles.
- Good understanding of REST API’s. Design and deliver API’s using Flask/Django.
- Solid understanding and hands on experience on various NLP techniques including data collection and training large datasets.
- Ability to work independently and design experiments for benchmarking with end goal in mind, analyze and interpret results.
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication (both written and verbal) skills and the ability to present complex ideas in a clear & concise way, to different audiences. A team player with good work ethics.
