- We have incorporated a new company, Mahansaria Tyres Private Limited (MTPL) for our new project in Rubber and Tyre space. We have acquired a 127-acre land parcel in Gujarat to set up the tyre manufacturing plant.
- We envisage an investment of multimillion dollars in the next 5 years to create a truly global tyre business from India.
SYAM Trelleborg Tires LLP (STTL):
- We have signed an agreement with Trelleborg AB, to form a joint venture in India SYAM Trelleborg Tires LLP (STTL), for the manufacturing of tyres for two-wheeler vehicles.
- This venture is a part of our strategy to enter the fast-growing two-wheeler tyre market in India.
