JOB DESCRIPTION
Be a part of a team that interacts with our most important people, our customers. Our Servicing team handle collection and resolution efforts around modifications, other customer assistance programs and more essential services—every day.
SKILL-SET REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field)
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience or freshers
- Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design
- Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
– Professional Experience of C/C and Embedded Linux development preferably in Networking products.
– Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
– Shall be a CCNA certified Professional. Additional CCNP Certification will be a huge plus.
– Solid understanding of Object Oriented concepts.
– Knowledge of network protocols and stacks such as TCP, UDP, SNMP, IPv6.
– Ability to pick up new code, understand it, and modify/enhance it.
– Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills and strong team collaboration skills
