Role Overview

Collaborating cross-functionally to execute the creative vision and strategy to bring our marketing, brand and social media content to life
Create visually balanced and intuitive interfaces that show a strong grasp of readability, hierarchy, platform, and behavior patterns
Simplifying complex content for users via visual and brand design
Transforming content via visual design to drive desired user actions
Deliver a steady cadence of visual assets for our organic and paid content marketing team

Requirements

Possess a foundational understanding of visual and brand design, and design research
Have strong attention to detail in the language and relationships of design elements
Enjoy defining and applying consistent voice and tone throughout visual design and brand journey
You demonstrate a strong ability to evaluate and design for interactions between language and design elements to construct a logical, compelling narrative throughout user/customer journey
Fresh out of college who is keen to work with a brand that gives them exposure to both B2B and B2C audiences in a visual design and brand role.
