Your role

Responsible to develop, test and execute the IQ Test Automation solutions for different work streams. The automation solutions may be based on different tools and technologies and may involve programming / scripting using different languages, database related development and SQL scripting, usage of various automation tools, etc.
Responsible to create test cases & test data and execute test cases and record results for assigned testing scope
Responsible for reporting status of the work and escalate risks and issues, if any, to the lead / manager
Responsible to attend meetings and contribute to discussions, as needed
Responsible to follow department standards and processes.

Position Summary

Integration testing the end-to-end healthcare ecosystem requires analytics, reporting & technical testing. Data is analyzed to inform decision makers. Data is reported to provide teams precise test data or stakeholders answers to questions. Technical testing is exercised to ensure source to target integrity. The IQ Automation Intern (IQAI) performs analysis, reporting, technical testing and create automation scripts across multiple domains such as benefits, enrollment & billing, provider, reimbursement, utilization management, claims, mailroom, finance, customer service, portal, access to care, care management, outreach, fraud, quality, encounters, and operational reporting. Active domains under test require technical experts to find the most valuable defects. The IQAI reports to a IQ Automation Lead. One or many IQAI may be engaged in any testing effort.

Skill Set Requirements

Interested in building career path in Quality & Test Automation area
Bachelor’s Degree in Computers/IT
Good knowledge of OOP concepts any one of the programming languages viz. Java, C#.
Knowledge of RDBMS concepts and SQL scripts
Project experience with programming in any language
Finishing Touches (Preferred):
Knowledge of Software Testing concepts
Knowledge of SSIS, SSRS is a plus.
Knowledge of test automation tools like Selenium

Academic Qualification

BS or BE Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
