All the Engineering, Pharmacy, Architecture and other course classes will now commence from August 16 for existing batch students, while for the new-batch students, the classes will begin from September 15, as per the latest academic calendar released by AICTE.
The new academic calendar announced by AICTE is made under the modification as per the 62nd Council for Institutes affiliated with AICTE.
For better understanding, I will divide the AICTE revised academic calendar into two parts:
Existing Batch Students (Technical and Management)

The classes will be mostly held Online, wherein the candidates have to stay home and attend their sessions. This will happen until the current scenario(lockdown) eases out.
For Management students, new sessions of PGCM?PGCM courses offered by Management Institutes will commence from July 15, as per the latest revised academic calendar released by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Usually, PGDM/PGCM existing batch students classes used to commence from July 1 every year, but due to the current pandemic, new dates were issued by AICTE.

New Batch Students (Technical and Management)
AICTE has asked colleges to complete the first round of counselling and start the admission process on or before August 30, while the last date upon which students can be admitted against vacancies is September 15, as per the AICTE guidelines.
Also, the academic session and the teaching process including Lateral Entry to Second Year Courses for newly admitted students will commence from September 15.
The last date for cancellation of PGDM / PGCM seats with full refund is now extended till August 5. After this date, the “cancellation of the seat for a full refund” will not be applicable, and the refund issued will solely depend on the respected institute’s refund policy for which you are applying.
According to the academic calendar, the academic session for the PGDM/PGCM Courses for newly admitted students will commence from August 1.

Students are requested to not all the dates and follow the current academic calendar released by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) only.
All the modifications is done as per the 62nd Council by AICTE.
Earlier, AICTE has also asked institutes to not hike their fees for the academic year 2020-21. It has also asked institutes to pay salaries to its faculty member. Non-payment of salary to staff “would lead to great stress and even starvation to the families of some of the staff members,” it had said.
