Job Description for LTIMindtree Off Campus Drive 2023:
We have an urgent requirement for a Business Analyst role.
Experience: 1-3 yrs.
Base Location/ Joining Location: Navi Mumbai
Notice Period: 0-30 days.
Key Skills: Business analyst, Requirement gathering, Life insurance domain.
Job Responsibilities for LTIMindtree Off Campus Drive 2023:
• 1-3 years of experience working in Life Insurance domain. This should include requirements gathering, gap analysis, system configuration, writing functional specs and business solutions.
• Excellent Life Insurance domain knowledge with more emphasis on Policy Servicing and Claim modules. Any certifications like LOMA/III would be an added advantage.
• Good Knowledge of SQL, Graph talk knowledge is desirable
Principal Accountabilities: Key activities and decision-making areas.
• Responsible for Requirement elicitation and Gap Analysis
• Responsible for Defining and Documenting the Scope as a part of Requirement discussion
• Should be able to define the system gaps and providing feasible solutions
• Providing walkthroughs to Development and testing teams during the Project progress
• Closely working with Quality Assurance team while testing in progress
• Assist and participate in the deployment of defined business solutions
• Responsible for updating relevant teams to enhance the satellite applications
• Expertise in database design and query writing skills
Typical Targets and Measures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly and concisely present requirements in a manner appropriate to the business
• Produce Functional documentation covering Requirements, Process improvements and test scenarios
• Applying Analytical skill while designing the system changes
