Unilever Off Campus 2023 is hiring candidates for the post of Assistant Digital Commerce Data & Analytics Manager.
Global Unilever DCommerce Business Ops team. DCommerce is a key channel for Unilever and already contributes to 13.5% of UL TO at +€6.7B. Therefore, DCommerce has become an important area of focus & we constantly need to manage D&A projects & track our performance.
The purpose of the Data & Analytics team is to help BGs & BUs to become Data Intelligent and have clear analytical capabilities for key DComm archetypes (internal & external).
For this we need to partner with the data & iOps, UniOps teams/ external teams, CD/Marketing & capability teams to create capabilities that help power key decisions with data, insights, advanced analytics, and AI. We need to enable democratisation of data, information & insights as a completely agile org that builds internal skills & capabilities & drives advanced D&A in DComm.
The Data & Analytics team in DComm BOps will endeavour to create clear accountabilities for all aspects of Data Strategy, Data Management, Information Management, Analytics, and Insights. Influence impact of solutions, maintaining market relevance and minimising unnecessary overlaps in analytics products, ensuring simplicity and that our solutions better meet the needs of our users.

Job Responsibilities for Unilever Recruitment 2023:
The role has three main accountabilities:
The DComm Data & Analytics Executive will;
- Manage and track progress on DComm MVPs & scale up technology projects across BGs & BUs
- Project and delivery management and maintain/ track/ monitor key KPIs for DCommerce
- Partner with other D&A teams and functions (set up task force) for ensuring compliance to data governance and analytical tools
The role will make sure we adhere to the four key operating principles:
- One team Connected to the business Deploying with speed & Designing for experience Partner with the business to power key decisions with data, advanced analytics, and AI to accelerate growth
- Accelerate & simplify access to relevant data, information, and insights Project management & coordination for delivery for in-house, leading-edge data, information, insights & analytics capability
- Coordinate the data & insights
- culture and careers to empower employees across Unilever
- Keep track of delivery and coordination for rapidly embedding analytics products, solutions and services to drive growth
This is an exciting opportunity to manage & coordinate the Global DCommerce D&A pilots and scale ups. This role is tasked to monitor, coordinate, and report the delivery & to drive business and organisational performance.
