Role Overview

Identify knowledge gaps among the employees and prepare, schedule and develop relevant materials
Work with high level administration team to identify gaps, present materials and collect feed backs, evaluate results etc.
Research about topics using different resources and developing materials in writing in different formats including ppts, docs, data sheets etc.
Work independently on topics and develop content targeted to particular audience keeping in mind their needs, evaluating them and tracking success rate
