Your role

As an Intern in the KNO team, your analytical skills, interpersonal commitment to impact and collaborative skills will be called upon from day one. Make KM an integral and indispensable part of business development
Develop, promote, and disseminate Sattva’s knowledge assets
Maximize the utilization of existing systems and available
Primary and secondary research Data entry and data analysis Contribute to project documents including presentations and project reports.
While everyday will be different, your role will be the following:
Support ongoing business development initiatives by providing -Market insights on target markets
Company level insights / bench-marking with respect to CSR spend
Prospect profiling Market sizing
Develop and disseminate standard reusable slides for pitch decks / proposals
Storage of documents with proper tagging on the central knowledge library
Actively contributing to a culture of valuing and leveraging the firm’s knowledge by assisting with training, marketing and communications encourage contribution from fee earners

Your expertise:

The Intern will be part of a knowledge management team that works on creating , sharing, managing knowledge of the organization, analyzing data, designing solutions to address our internal and client needs and create measurable impact. They will therefore need to have the following profile:
0-2 years of work experience in the developmental sector
Strong in secondary research, able to draw insights from data / Information
Detail-oriented, and feel comfortable working in multiple topics.
Passionate and driven towards creating social impact
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
Humility, willingness to listen and learn
Self-driven, curious and adaptable personality with the ability to work independently
Other core qualities include:
Strong work ethic
Resourcefulness, inquisitive inquiry
strategic ability to work well with a diverse group of colleagues.
In terms of hard skills, competency in power point and excel is necessary.
