Role Overview
Nova is looking to hire an Learning and Development intern in the Corporate HR team. You will be responsible for owning and enhancing learning processes across the organization and conducting research on learning budget allocation, learning engagement calendar, evaluating learning vendors, and data representation.
What is the job like?
- Collecting, organizing, and maintaining learning data from various sources
- Managing learning processes such as reimbursement, vendor empanelment, payments, and book procurements
- Evaluating internal process and suggesting improvements to make processes more efficient
- Owning compliance processes like information security and code of conduct e-module completion for new joinees
- Act as a program manager for existing and new learning interventions
- Conduct research and present recommendations on how to structure the learning budget
- Recommend engagement strategies to create a pull factor for learning policies, journeys, and platforms
- Identify, evaluate, and peg learning vendors to learning needs across the organization
