Job Description

Responsibilities:
- As an intern in the Global Capability Centre, you will take part in one or more improvement project(s) as a team member, and if you can demonstrate the right leadership competence, you could get an opportunity to lead improvement project(s). These projects are aimed at improving productivity, speed and quality of transactional processes.
- Through participation in these projects, you will get exposure to improvement tools such as Lean Six Sigma.
- You would get the opportunity to hone your behavioral competencies such as ‘communicating and influencing’, ‘teamwork’, ‘problem solving’ and ‘delivering results’. These skills are essentials to make you a success in your professional career.
- You will be required to produce a project report at the end of your internship and depending on the quality of your work, you will be provided with a recommendation letter, detailing the project(s) that you participated in and behavioral competencies that you demonstrated.

Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or management from an institute of repute.
- Good verbal, written and presentation skill in the English language.
- Ability to learn and apply to learn.

- Results-oriented and initiative taker.
- Has an approach of ‘attention to details.
