Your role
As part of the Technology team, you will:
1. Responsible for building efficient, user-friendly reports and analysis that link to strategic objectives
2. Design and build comprehensive business performance metrics. Identify key issues on a timely basis.
3. Create and own reports, dashboards to support all business needs of the company
4. Reconciliation of data from all marketplaces with respect to orders, refunds, etc.
5. Measure and track all digital marketing campaigns, analyze the ROI and suggest changes if any.
6. Conduct analysis for the assigned business problems by collecting data from all internal and external sources and perform analysis to get answers to business questions.
7. Data Review and correct discrepancies.
8. Play a key role in interpreting data, formulating reports and other day-to-day tasks focused on executive thought leadership
9. Analyze and solve business problems at their root
10. Formulate a system of periodically preparing reports around identified business metrics and submitting to senior management with detailed analysis and insights

Your expertise:
Desired Candidate’s Profile:
1. Engineering degree a must
2. Excellent analytical, multi-tasking, organizational and project management skills
3. Expertise in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Data Analysis, SQL, Power BI and Python.
4. Keen interest in understanding new technologies and solving problems.
5. Independent and should be able to work without directions
6. Passionate about data and analysis
