Masters in EE/ECE with good understanding of ASIC RTL2GDS flow.
Experience working with industry standard STA tools like Primetime/Tempus , Tool based tcl scripting is added plus.
Good digital electronics basics, combinational circuits, sequential circuits, CMOS.
Good scripting/automation skills.
After initial ramp-up, should be able to deliver on the tasks/assignments with minimal guidance from leads/seniors
Good communication skills with strong learning appetite and humble attitude
