Your role as an Cvent Intern:
Cvent, Inc. is seeking a Recruitment interns for 6 months project to support . You will be required to work closely with Recruiters, Generalist team on various task during the internship period.
Work Hours: 12:00 pm to 9:30 pm
Internship Period: 6 months
Joining Date: Immediate Joining
Stipend paid: Yes

Position Duties:
- Review and understand open job positions.
- Utilize various social media avenues for recruitment.
- Source and screen resumes for positions in Client Services.
- Help in BGV and Documentation of new hires
- Create recruiting dashboard and reports
- Serve as the first point of contact for all candidates at all levels.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our recruiting database.
Candidate Requirements:
- Any graduate (Preferred MBA HR)
- Knowledge of online recruiting sources like Monster, Naukri, and LinkedIn etc.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to treat sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretion
