About Cerebro Kids

About the role
The role of “Product Management Intern” is to devise the end to end product strategy including research, ideation, structure, UI design and content creation for our student friendly, tech-driven, flagship digital learning management system called TITAN. It will require interfacing with the program, sales and marketing as well as customer teams; and the results will be driven by key customer insights.
It is a critical part of Cerebro Kids FLP program, where we are teaching young kids of class 5 and above critical real-life concepts and professionally relevant skills related to finance, numbers and data.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following –
- Design the digital learning portal to enable “learning-on-the-go” for students
- Devise the repository structure, content structure and UI/UX of the portal
- Idea generation, research & creation of learning material like worksheets, articles & videos
- Periodically liaise with the program, S&M team to generate & promote quality content
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure end-to-end implementation
- Manage student queries regarding the functionality and use of the portal
- Create detailed documentation for system’s features, functionalities and gaps

Qualifications
The optimal qualification for success on the job is someone who is Pursuing or Completed their MBA (in any field).
Selection Criteria
The selection for the mentioned role will be purely based on the quality of your submission. Your task submissions will be evaluated by our Program Experts based on 5 key criteria – Logical/Structured Thinking (like reason for selecting a feature, or pain point identification), Strategy, Creativity/Innovation, User-friendliness and Solution Feasibility.
