About the Job
We are currently seeking a Graduate Trainee to join our Data Management team based in Noida.
The workstream requires performing the HR transaction processing in any of the Data management tools pertaining to employee data Management and updation from Hire to Termination. The individual will be responsible for the overall success of the Employee Lifecycle operations. In performing the essential functions of this role, the work environment is fast-paced and team-based.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing and Quality checking
- Queue Allocation & Management
- Contribute to the designing of lifecycle process frameworks that would include drafting & reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) of key processes
- Ensuring compliance of all internal policies
- Providing timely updates to TL and onshore counterparts
- Monitor to see if all HR queries are responded on time in accordance with the SLA
- Ensure complete documentation is maintained as per SLA
- Able to manage escalations, exceptional cases and complex issues with limited supervision
- Self – motivated, disciplined and a strong focus towards Client satisfaction
