About LINC Education
We work with Universities to offer data driven academic support to their students. The delivery is done via our technology platform, LINCtrac, hence assuring service uniformity, as well as delivery of our codified student experience.
LINC Education is seeking young and talented professionals for a 3-month internship to assist with the delivery of our service programes to global universities. The intern will work with the Program Manager and assist with managing a team of academic professionals.

The role of the intern will cover the following key areas
1. Analyze daily / weekly KPIs to monitor performance of LINC Fellows (LINC’s part-time academic professionals)
2. Coordinate the daily delivery of services by LINC Fellows
3. Track the progress of daily, weekly and unit-related objectives
4. Be the point person for LINC Fellows during delivery of the services, helping and guiding them through the delivery
5. Contribute to strategies for service operations improvement and university query resolution
If executed well, the internship has the opportunity to get converted into a Full Time job offer with LINC
