As Intern with CSR team, you will support program management for NetApp Serves (NAS) across APAC (incl. India). NetApp Serves with its charity partners works in the areas of Education, Hunger, Hygiene & Sanitation, Diversity and People with Disabilities (PWDs).

Job Responsibilities

Identify, and build pipeline of innovative Volunteering programs (VTOs). Make our VTOs more inclusive and effective
Support to create impact indicators and measures of success of CSR programs
Run feedback survey with volunteers
To coordinate and develop a mechanism for effective employee engagement
Co-develop a global volunteering project
Create Visuals for volunteer stories and share on Social Media handles
Coordinate with the marketing and communications team for Social Media, PR and Newsletters.
Assist in pulling together useful data for monthly and weekly updates for Site leadership
Ensure compliance with CSR norms, NGO requirements, Fund utilisation, etc.

Requirements:

An inherent love of learning!
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
A proactive nature, strong time management skills and attention to detail
Ability to work with global teams across geos in different time-zones

Education:

Must be currently enrolled in MBA/ PGDM program, pursing a degree in Human Resources/ Social Work. Students with keen interest in CSR and experience in program managing enrolled in B.Tech/ M.Tech program can also apply
Must be available to intern for 6 months. Preferred duration is June to November (2 months full time + 4 months part time or 3 months full time + 3 months part time)
