Job Description

As a part of the interview process, please send us a one-minute video pitch on why we should hire you. We are seeking a committed and result-oriented intern to join our team. The role is primarily accountable for providing customer support, managing client accounts, conducting market research, identifying business opportunities and support in marketing operations & sales enablement. The intern will work closely with a mentor and with senior leadership.

This role will need to be filled by an individual who is committed to customer success and would be comfortable living in both support and engineering environments, translating internal Engineering-speak into clear concise directions for customers and vice-versa.

Duties and Responsibilities for the intern:

Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customers, product goals, and all other aspects of products and services
Contribute to documentation of support resources and writing knowledge base articles
Help develop client relationships and retain existing clients
Work closely with the Manager or assigned staff member and complete all allocated tasks
Collaborate with internal teams and colleagues and provide ideas to grow and improve the business.
Keep a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders
Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes
Learns and becomes proficient in communicating via Slack
Support in Marketing Ops tasks, build sales enablement material, writing emails
Update and post supervised social media and website content; respond to web correspondence, social media posts, and emails
Provide exceptional customer service while responding to phone, e-mail and online requests for technical support
Escalate critical customer situations to the appropriate level of management and engineering expertise
Communicate technical issues and solutions to the engineering, QA, sales/marketing, and support teams as well as to the customer base

Requirements:

Strong leadership, social and interpersonal skills with a can do attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to work alone or as part of a team
Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments
Problem solving, creative, organized and detail-oriented
Proficient in using Google Docs, Slides and Sheets

Note: Please note this is a full time internship opportunity and person should be available for minimum 6 months duration for internship.
