Your role as WPP IT Intern :
- To assist CSM/ITOM to enhance Incident management and backlog management. Include assisting ITOM in daily cadence follow up on backlog for problem, incidents, service request and other RCA.
- To assist CSM/ITOM to analyze the CSAT data, prepare the report for CSAT improvement meeting, and contribute to the CSAT improvement activities
- To assist CSM/ITOM to prepare the monthly report for individual Opcos.
- To monitor the P1s and P2s daily and report back to CSM/ITOM.
