About FamPay

With FamPay, teens can save, earn and pay using UPI, P2P, and card payments without the need to set up a bank account. They get a personalized UPI ID, a numberless prepaid card, and a payment link as well. FamPay aims at making banking smooth and fun for children. Users send money with FamPay just like they send pictures on Instagram.

Founded in 2019 by IIT Roorkee alumni and backed by some of the most respected investors around the world – Y-Combinator, Sequoia, Venture Highway, and the likes of Kunal Shah, Amrish Rao as angels. We are on a mission to drive 250 Million+ Indian teenagers on a smooth and fun-filled journey from cash to digital. About this role

We are looking for someone who is looking to excel as a TA/HR. You should find it exciting to identify the right candidate for the company and the job.

Continuously evaluate and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Refine the interviewing & selection approaches to speed up closures and joining
Build a healthy talent pipeline to engage and nurture for future conversions
Implement a recruitment plan to attract high quality applicants

Your expertise:

You must have:

Relevant internship experience (2 to 4 months atleast) in hiring tech/non-tech talent.
Good understanding of the hiring process.
Excellent at articulating and communicating the employer brand.
Naturally good at selling.
Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn.
Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment is a big plus.
Existing network of top quality candidates across skills and experience would be a plus.

In addition, we’d like to also see evidence that you can:
 Analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
 Plan, organize and communicate well make things happen
 Stick with a task
