Competition analysis & study of industry trends to provide key inputs for conceptualization, Communication of the products in the category.
Sales/Marketing Associate (BTL)
Farmers Fresh Zone’s Marketing team plays a critical role when it comes to establishing deep connections with the markets and communities we operate in today. Representing the frontline of our business, our BTL Marketing Associates will work on ensuring we have a solid on-ground presence and have a direct impact on Topline.
We are looking at young energetic candidates who could build a strong offline presence for the brand through innovative campaigns, partnerships, and revenue generation models

What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points
- Experience in building/working in an online marketplace
- Hands-on experience in sales or BTL marketing
- Masters in Business Administration/Bachelor’s degree/or equivalent
- Strong business acumen; hustler who is ‘always on’ and ready to get your hands dirty
- Good relationship management as you will engage with external partners and crack ground-breaking deals/initiatives
- Strong communication skills and the ability to bring to life the FFZ brand in a way that is both consistent with our brand positioning but also meaningful to local culture
- The ability to take the initiative and high level of ownership in a constantly-changing work environment and a willingness to adopt a generalist mindset
What the candidate will be doing on a day-to-day basis:
- Building new avenues for revenue generation and build dedicated revenue channels for the organization
- Cracking external partnerships that have a great synergy with Farmers Fresh Zone, which will aid in customer acquisition and Top of funnel
- Crafting on ground Campaigns – From ideation to execution
- Build the offline presence of the brand which will compliment our online marketing activations
- Responsible for end to end execution of the initiatives with a strong focus on budgets. A frugal mindset to build high ROI campaigns
- Experiment with different conventional and unconventional on-ground marketing activities that will aid in the brand presence and awareness improvement

Preferred Qualifications
B2C marketing experiences, FMCG or e-commerce company working experience counts as a plus
