We in the Supply cha in automation team explore various solutions across the world available for automating the processes. We then customize the technology to our needs and then design and deploy our solutions across our network. As the nature of work is highly exploratory and innovative, the team structure is flat and highly collaborative.

About the role:
As part of the Automation Analytics team, you would work with teams such as operations, design, product, finance, and anyone across the FK world needed to execute the project with understated deadlines and within budget. You are expected to have a top-down view of business and relate those needs with strong data-backed analysis and models. You will be working on fairly cross-functional problems and problems that are of utmost importance to the Org and warrants priority attention. Do you have the passion to analyze data and impact the business at the highest level materially through what you observe and uncover what others can’t?
What you’ll do:
● You will work closely with internal Flipkart Teams to identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics for products or business processes.
● Pull data required to conduct business analysis, build reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance.
● Work with the stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
What you’ll need:
● Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed.
● You have 1+ Years of experience in a relevant role
● Having a strong problem solving and analytical mindset; and the ability to design data-driven solutions.
● Technical capabilities:
Required: SQL, Python, Excel
Preferred: Google Data Studio, Tableau
● Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings with proper storyboarding.
● Ability to work independently with various stakeholders/partners and a strong team player.
● Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Pandas, Numpy)
● Good written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements
