Your role

Analyzing data books and CIMs to create opportunity evaluation and due diligence decks from buy-side point of view
Sound knowledge of valuation and corporate finance concepts. Should be able to conduct research on industry and analyze financial statements
Proficiency in financial assessment including 3 statement analysis and LBO
Drafting opportunity overview decks and investment memos
Adept in reading and understanding financial reports, IPO prospectus, 10-Qs, 10-Ks, etc
Good communication skills for regular client communication

Your expertise:

0-1 years of experience in PE/IB
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
