Job Description
-Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
-Perform market analysis and research on the competition
-Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
-Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
-Prepare promotional presentations
– Help distribute marketing materials
– Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
– Help organize marketing events
-Writing contents for the companys blog or website.
-Follow-up and improvement of SEO.
Responsibilities:
- Perform market analysis and research on the competition.
- Assist with streamlining company social media accounts. This will involve managing our engagement across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube).
- Send out a monthly social media marketing newsletter to all employees in the company recapping social media marketing efforts, current strategies, and metrics.
- Support the marketing team in promoting and driving registration or attendance to events and webinars.
- Work closely with digital marketers to align social media strategies with our digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
Students pursuing a degree in journalism, communications, English, or marketing preferred.
- Ability to write engaging, informative, and concise content is critical. Understand the importance of producing content that inspires the desired action on the part of the reader.
- Prepare promotional presentations.
- Experience with B2B content marketing, digital marketing, SEO/SEO best practices, and SEM is preferred but not necessary.
Job Requirement:
- 0 – 1 year of experience in marketing
- Skilled in Microsoft Office
