If you are our Data Engineer in Bangalore, you will have a chance to work on it.
Expertise in solving complex business problems using data engineering and visualization technologies. Has worked E2E in multiple data engineering and analytics projects and has a willingness to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Optimal extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL/SSIS and Big Data technologies for projects.
- Design and develop visualization solutions (dashboards) using tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview etc.
- Create data models using SSAS
- Query/database optimization
- Develop and maintain data pipelines optimized for machine learning applications
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
- Design and design high-performance architecture
- Manage relationships with stakeholders/clients to understand their requirements, explain the solution developed by analytics team etc.
- High level of client satisfaction during delivery
- Support in creating executive presentations, develop architecture documents, technical documents etc.
- Exploratory Data Analysis to maintain data quality
- Experience of developing and deploying solutions in cloud environment
- Provide best practice advice to stakeholders/customers and team members

Knowledge and Skills:
- Advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL)
- Experience in working with variety of databases.
- Experience in visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI etc.
- E2E experience in data engineering and analytics projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams
- Proficiency in SSIS and SSAS is preferred
- Understanding of Apache Airflow preferred
- Familiarity with Spark preferred
- Familiarity of data storage technologies like Blob storage, ADLS etc.
- Familiarity with Python preferred
